Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre Rules
Please follow official venue rules for the best possible experience and safety of all patrons. Venue rules may be subject to change and we recommend checking the official venue site here to get the latest policies.
Before you head to your concert at Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre, review the rules and understand what you can and cannot bring into the venue to ensure a smooth experience:
» You can bring clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC tote bags no larger than 12 inches by 6 inches by 12 inches and/or non-clear small clutch bags no larger than 6 inches by 9 inches. Any other bags are prohibited.
» Snack foods in clear plastic gallon-sized bags are allowed.
» Factory-sealed water bottles up to a gallon in size are permitted. You can also bring an empty bottle to fill once you enter.
» Personal cameras are allowed in the venue, but only those without removable lenses.
Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre is proud to offer a fun and relaxing space to enjoy live entertainment. To keep the venue enjoyable for all, they have created a set of rules and policies guests are expected to follow. Please take the time to read these rules, as failure to abide by them may result in expulsion without refund or banning. If you have any questions, please call 708-614-1616. Please follow the rules for the Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre (formerly Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre) in Tinley Park, this will ensure you have the best possible experience and maintains the safety and well being of all patrons attending the venue.
Alcohol Policy
The venue does not permit any outside alcoholic beverages to be brought into the venue. However, they offer a wide variety of alcoholic beverages for purchase once inside the venue! A valid and current Driver License or State ID card is required to purchase alcohol, and guests will be required to show their ID every time they purchase.
Animal Policy
Pets are not allowed within the venue. However, Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre welcomes service animals. Please note that emotional support animals may not qualify as service animals.
Camera Policy
The standard venue policy allows camera phones, disposable cameras, and small digital cameras. Any camera that has a detachable lens will be considered professional and not allowed in. If the camera lens zooms out of the camera more than 1 inch, it will be considered a professional camera and will not be allowed in. Some artists do not permit cameras so please check with the box office for the show you will be attending to ensure that the venue will be allowing cameras in.
Cashless Venue Policy
All points of sale will only accept credit, debit, or mobile pay (such as Apple Pay or Google Pay). In the event you are not carrying a credit or debit card, staff will be available on site at the Guest Services Booth in the Front Plaza to exchange cash for card, dollar for dollar, without any service fees.
Chair Policy
Outside lawn chair are allowed. Please note that chairs must be no more than 9 inches off the ground and may not be in a bag/exterior covering. Additionally, due to new screening technology all guests bringing a personal lawn chair need to enter through Gate 5.
Children Policy
Children 2 and under do not require a ticket, but must sit on a parent’s lap. Please note that strollers are not permitted into the venue.
Clear Bag Policy
To reduce staff contact with guest belongings, we have implemented the following bag policy: we will allow clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”). No other bags of any type will be allowed.
Permitted Items:
» Guests are welcome to bring the following items to the venue for most shows.
» Clear plastic, vinyl or PVC tote bags no larger than 12” x 6” x 12” and/or small clutch bags (6”x 9”)
» Lawn chairs – low profile (seat no more than 9 inches off the ground); no chairs in bags or with coverings are allowed. Due to new screening technology all guests bringing a personal lawn chair need to enter through Gate 5.
» Cameras – nonprofessional only, no detachable lenses
» Food – in a clear, 1-gallon ziploc bag
» Water – up to 1 gallon in a factory sealed or empty bottle
Prohibited Items:
The following items are not allowed within Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre. Please leave these items at home. If a guest is found to be in possession of these items they may be expelled without refund or banned.
» Weapons of any kind
» Outside Alcohol
» Illegal drugs/substances, including marijuana
» Strollers
» Glass containers
» Cans
» Hard sided/large coolers
» Bags that are not clear or are larger than 12” x 6” x 12” (clutch bags smaller than 6″ x 9″ do not need to be clear)
» Camping chairs or bag chairs
» Tarps
» Laser pointers
» Animals (except service animals)
» Fireworks
» Aerosol cans of sunscreen or bug spray
» Outside chairs
» Umbrellas
» Wallet chains
» Skates
» Outside food or drinks aside from the items listed above
» Banners/flyers
» Beach balls
» Frisbees
» Any other item deemed inappropriate by management or the visiting entertainer

Smoking Policy
Due to Illinois law, no smoking is permitted inside the pavilion, or in any enclosed buildings (including bathrooms). Designated smoking areas are the North and South Plaza. While the venue does not restrict smoking on the lawn, if guests around you are complaining, they will ask you to smoke in the plazas.

Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre has no age restrictions. Children under two do not need a ticket, but parents should use their discretion to determine whether a concert is suitable for young children.
Because Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre is an outdoor venue, performances tend to slow down after September and pick back up in May.
